Awesome experience. Very hands on and the instruction was great - lots of hints and tips…and huge amount of patience. I baked my first ever sourdough loaf tonight after the class and it turned out awesome. Sorry there’s no photos as the loaf plaster about 30seconds before it was devoured by the family!! Overall highly recommended!!!

Two great bakers to run this master class. The class was well organized, plenty of tips and assistance provided with the various activities undertaken during the 2 hour class.
Plenty of take home tips as well as one baked sour dough loaf baked early this morning and ready to eat. Participants made a sour dough starter which we will feed and use to make other sour dough bread, one loaf of sour dough ready to bake tomorrow afternoon and three other loaves of bread to finish off and bake. Also provided with food easy to read written instructions covering the various aspects of the making of sour dough and some equipment used in the process. Had a great time. Thanks to all at The Farm that organized this masterclass and enabled me to learn a new skill. Viv

Absolutely loved the sourdough masterclass, a great balance of instruction and hands on sourdough preparation.
