Excellent class, very informative and hands on. This is definitely the best way to learn.
All questions were answered.
Left with a loaf of cooked bread and a number of loaves to cook as well as a starter.
Thank you for a wonderful experience

My partner and I participated in the Sourdough Masterclass by Bread Social on Saturday 15th of April and we absolutely loved it. Both the teachers were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable - we honestly could not fault the class. Expect to absorb a lot of knowledge about the ins and outs of sourdough and a total of 7 loaves of bread... each! The Bread Social team are very generous with what you walk away with from this class. 10/10! Thank you again for such an enjoyable morning! - Chloe & Michael
