sooo good! hands on, great teachers & perfect setting! Went through all the steps & you get lots of goodies to take home in your ‘show bag’ AND we get to eat freshly baked sour dough bread 40mins out of the oven!! DIVINE & really recommend this class!
Great class and learnt a lot of tips to perfect my sourdough baking. Awesome set up, teachers and lots of take homes which we loved (bread, baking tools). Definitely recommend. The traditional farmhouse was a highlight.
What a fabulous way to spend a Saturday morning! The class was a fantastic way to learn about cooking sourdough in a straightforward way. The teacher Sahra was so engaging and knowledgable. We got to take bread home we made to bake as well as sample some at the class and let's not forget the goodies bag and starter. Absolutely awesome experience in a fabulous location 😀
