Mark and shelley were awesome. Lovely people, very approachable and always helpful. I’ve already become the talk only my street with my sourdough loaves I’ve been handling out. Haha.
Cheers, guys.

This class was very hands on and exactly what I was hoping for. So much information on how to make a great loaf of sourdough.

A very enjoyable couple of hours with lots of knowledge shared with the class. Amazing tasting bread.
