We did the Bread Social Sourdough Masterclass - there was a small group of 9 and plenty of room
The facilities are state of the art and spotless (at the Currumbin Waters location) - there were two bread-makers - one taught the class and the other assisted and helped us all by answering lots of questions.
We were able to see the many parts of the bread making process and the bread making process is very therapeutic - we got to taste delicious just baked bread and take home our baked loaves, our starter and some dough to cook at home. It was a fabulous class and I would highly recommend it. So much fun and not too rushed.
