Today was an absolute pleasure. We had the wonderful Shelley and Zack teaching our group how to fall in love with sourdough baking.
I did approach the day with excitement and trepidation.
Any fears were laid to rest. Shelley was a fabulous teacher, the day was fun, humorous and just a delight.
We left with a ten year old starter, loaves of bread in various states of preparedness, equipment to use at home, instructions and knowledge to continue on our baking journey.
Thoroughly recommend this class to all.
