This is a great value cooking class. As well as the 2 hour class you walk away with one cooked loaf, enough dough ready to proof in your fridge overnight to make two more loaves, a jar of starter, a round banneton, a metal scraper, 2 kg of flour and the recipe and notes.
Grant and Shelley were wonderful teachers who made the class fun and interesting. Enjoyed it immensely and highly recommend for beginner bakers and those already baking to fine tune your process. Lots to learn.
