I recently attended a sourdough workshop held at a combined café and bread-making space, and it was a fantastic experience. In just two hours, the calm and patient instructors taught us several techniques and let us practice with plenty of dough. I got to take home a generous amount of dough to bake at home, along with a lovely tote bag from Bread Social that included their freshly baked sourdough bread. The whole atmosphere was warm and homey, and I felt really lucky to leave with so many goodies. Overall, it was a wonderful and generous workshop that I’d highly recommend.

Would definitely recommend this class. I have a whole new level of respect for sourdough and its maker after this. Looking forward to perfecting my skills over the coming weeks at home. Excellent friendly teachers who crammed in so much information in a short space of time. 🙂🙂
